Mission
Customer Marketing International BV (CMI) helps organisations increase their profits
by improving customer performance, behaviour and satisfaction.
What we do
CMI develops software, tools and training materials which we sell
directly or through licensed partners. CMI also has an active publishing operation
that provides information about the method in print, electronic and face-to-face media.
How we do it
In order to achieve our results, CMI offers the following producs
and services in the field of marketing en sales:
- The Customer Marketing Method: improving customer satisfaction,
profitability, customer focus within the organisation and the allocation of
marketing and sales budgets.
- The Toolsets (the Customer Marketing Suite): supporting the Customer
Marketing concept and allowing effective implementation and usage for
our clients.
- Training & Coaching: based on our extensive experience with the concept and implementations of
customer marketing.
Management
The Chief Executive Officer of CMI is Arjen Wentzel, who capped
20 years experience at IBM, Accenture and others in international
management positions.
